Refund and Returns Policy

At Auto swift shipping containers Service (“we” or “us”) is committed to providing our customers with high-quality cargo containers and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-days return policy.

Returns

You may return a new, unused cargo container within 30 days of delivery for a complete refund, minus any applicable shipping fees. Used freight containers are not returnable.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Please email .
  • If at all feasible, pack the cargo container safely inside of its original wrapping.
  • Send the cargo container to the following address, making sure to include your package’s RA number: Auto swift shipping containers.
  • It is advised that you get a tracking number and fully insure the cargo.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned cargo container and verify that it is in new, unused condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used cargo containers
  • Custom-ordered cargo containers
