Refunds

30-Day Return Policy: For brand-new, unused cargo containers, we provide a 30-day return policy. You may return your item for a complete refund, less any applicable shipping expenses, within 30 days after delivery if you’re not happy with it for any reason. There are no returns accepted for used freight containers.

Return Process:

  2. Prepare the Cargo Container: Package the cargo container securely in its original packaging, if possible. Ensure it’s properly secured for transport to avoid damage.

  3. Return Shipping: Ship the cargo container to the following address, referencing your RA number on the package:

Refunds

Once we receive your returned cargo container and verify that it is in new, unused condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used cargo containers
  • Custom-ordered cargo containers
